On 7 May 2019, Jörg Siebert ended his activity as a member of the Supervisory Board of GELITA AG. Mr Siebert chaired the Board for twelve years. Dr. Günther Niethammer also terminated his twelve-year term as a member of GELITA AG's Supervisory Board.
The Management Board would like to thank the retiring members for their many years of successful service on the Supervisory Board of GELITA AG.
Jörg Siebert's successor as head of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Wolfgang Büchele.
Jens Waldau was elected deputy chair. The AGM further elected Villaume Kal as a member of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Jürgen Rieg was appointed to the Supervisory Board by Dr. Klaus-Philipp Koepff. Representing the employees, Jutta Link and Norbert Taschinski were already elected to the Supervisory Board on 23 April 2019.
